We have been involved in these developments in a wide range of markets and product types: from Orlando to Washington DC; from suburban garden style apartments to historic adaptive re-use opportunities. WYNDCHASE ASPEN GROVE

SUBURBAN GARDEN APARTMENTS

This 560-unit development in Franklin, Tennessee epitomizes luxury suburban garden styling.  Offering a wide range of floorplans, including attached garage units fronting the Legends Golf Course,  Wyndchase leased up at a blistering pace of over 30-units per month, validating the location and product.

REID HILL COMMONS

MIXED-USE COMMUNITY

Reid Hill Commons is a mixed-use project that includes 107 single-level condominiums, a Walgreen’s and additional retail shops located in Franklin, TN. After a lengthy entitlement process, Reid Hill Commons quickly became the leading community in the senior living market in Williamson County. Developed and built by Charles Evans and The Rochford Company.

807 EIGHTEENTH

FOR-SALE RESIDENTIAL

Sandwiched between Vanderbilt and Music Row, this 46-unit community pioneered the return of upscale residential living to Midtown Nashville. The development was featured in ULI’s publication “Successful Strategies for Condominium Development.”

THE SOUTHGATE

LUXURY CONDOMINIUM PROJECT

Located along the prestigious West End corridor in Nashville, the Southgate is a luxury, three-story condominium project featuring 3,900 sq.ft. single level floor plans with an underground parking garage. Co-developed by Charles Evans and principals of The Rochford Company.

TRINITY HEIGHTS

FOR-SALE COMMUNITY

A 32-unit townhome community developed with our partners at Legacy South that sold out in record time in early 2021.

THE STAHLMAN BUILDING
ADAPTIVE RE-USE

The Stahlman Building originally opened in June, 1907 as a premier office building in downtown Nashville. The architect, James Carpenter, received such acclaim that he went on to develop numerous buildings facing Central Park in New York City. In a joint-venture with a local development firm, Stahlman was converted into 142-luxury apartments. It was sold in 2016.

VILLAGE GREEN COMMONS

RETAIL CENTER

Located adjacent to the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Gallatin, TN, Village Green commons, an 81,500 sq.ft. retail center, features a Belk Department store and 23,000 sq.ft. of retail shops. Co-developed by Charles Evans and Ed Cooper of The Rochford Company.

ALTA LAKE

SUBURBAN GARDEN APARTMENTS

Built in Hermitage, Tennessee near Percy Priest Lake, this 364-unit suburban garden community exceeded expectations and ultimately delivered a 2.5 multiple on the equity partner’s investment.
